BUCKHANNON - Upshur County Community Education Outreach Services (CEOS) is accepting applications for the 2023 Upshur County Junior Belle.

Applicant must be an Upshur County resident, be a 4H member and be in 3rd or 4th grade, and must be willing to represent Upshur County by attending local events throughout the year, as well as attending the WV State Folk Festival.

Applications may be picked up at the Upshur County Extension Office located at 91 West Main Street, Suite 102, Buckhannon, WV 26201. For questions or more information, please call 304-473-4208.

All applications must be returned to the Upshur County Extension Office by the January 10, 2023 deadline.
