BUCKHANNON - At the Buckhannon City Council meeting on March 2nd, Councilman C J Rylands sought clarification from Fire Chief J B Kimble regarding discussions had at the Upshur County Commission meeting on February 9, 2023, where several career and volunteer firefighters had attended to express concerns over adding new Ultra High (radio) Frequencies to Upshur County's emergency services 'toolbox'.
