Councilor David W. McCauley addresses Council at the Buckhannon City Council Meeting on July 21st, 2022

BUCKHANNON - During the most recent City Council Meeting (July 21st), Councilor David W. McCauley asked Council to consider codifying future events pertaining to council openings, citing frequent seat changes that have occurred over the past forty years due to resignations, death and removal from office.

Councilor McCauley expressed concerns with any future actions juxtaposed with prior councils, and pointed out that the process has been done three different ways in recent history.
