Buckhannon city attorney Tom O'Neill addresses Council virtually on October 18th to discuss Ordinance 462.

BUCKHANNON - During the October 18th City Council meeting, council voted unanimously to table Ordinance 462, citing that further conversations need to be had with the City Police Department

The 0rdinance addresses the installation of boot devices for habitual parking offenders.

Mayor Robbie Skinner and city attorney Tom O'Neill discussed certain issues they are having with he language of the ordinance, and City Councilwoman Pam Bucklew also expressed concerns regarding the safety of the female parking enforcement officer during the installation and removal of tire boot devices.
