BUCKHANNON - During their meeting on Tuesday, October 18th, Buckhannon City Council unanimously voted to approve changes to the city employee handbook, which includes changes to the holiday schedule, timeframes to file grievances, drug-testing policies, payment of wages and other highlights pertaining to the changes.
