Festival Fridays Now Accepting Vendor Applications via Online Portal

BUCKHANNON - Festival Fridays has announced another year and are currently accepting vendor applications for the 2023 season. All vendor applications will be accepted online; Payment via PayPal is required to procure your space(s).

The Festival is open to all artisans, growers, harvesters, bakers, non-profit organizations, and makers of prepared foods.


The fee this year is $50 per space - for each and all vendors - for the entire 13 weeks and is per booth or space occupied, which is approximately 10’ x 10’.

2023 Dates & Times of Festival Fridays: 5:00pm - 8:30pm each Friday evening JUNE 2nd, 9th, 23rd, 30th JULY 7th, 14th, 28th AUGUST 4th, 11th, 18th 25th


Per the release, there will be no space reservations but first come first served of space any time after 4:00 pm.


They request that you do not arrive before 4:00 pm as the City utilizes the area for parking until that time.

The Festival wished to stress that the last two items will be enforced this year and failure to follow these rules will result in the revocation of your vendor pass for the remainder of the year. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban as a vendor at Festival Fridays.
