• District 3 - Greg and Pat Kennedy, 109 Fayette Street

• District 4 - Gordon and Karen Baum, 69 Allman Avenue

• District 5 - Ernest and Cathy Cunningham, 45 Thurman Avenue

• Red, White and Blue Yard of the Month - Neva Harsh, 135 Randolph Street

• Business Yard of the Month - The Dance Factory, 107 W. Main Street
