BUCKHANNON, WV - Meet Scarlet. This sweet two-year-old girl came in with an assumed relative who was just adopted, leaving her without her companion.
Visit Scarlet at the Lewis-Upshur Animal Control Facility at 318 Mud Lick Road in Buckhannon. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 2:30pm, Saturday's from 10:00am to 2:00pm and by appointment.
