Commissioner Sam Nolte, 4-H Extension Service Agent Craig Presar, 4-H Teen Ambassador Laurel Metheney, Commissioner Douglas Bush and Commissioner Kristie Tenney. October 2nd-8th was officially proclaimed as National 4-H Week in Upshur County.
BUCKHANNON - During the most recent Upshur County Commission meeting on September 29th, WVU Extension Service Agent Craig Presar introduced one of the new ambassadors from the Upshur County 4-H Teen Ambassadors to proclaim the first week of October (2nd-8th) as National 4-H Week.
County Commission unanimously approved a request made by Mr. Presar to fly the 4-H flag with the State and National flags in front of the Upshur County Courthouse this week.
