Anyone can pull up Randolph County Taxes online. Robert Karnes' property where he says he lives has no building on the tax payment for year 2019. That means on July 1 of 2019 he didn't declare any buildings on that property, yet his daughter stated that they were living there around August of 2019. Robert Karnes is paying just a little over $30 a year in taxes in the County that he "lives" and is running in?
