BUCKHANNON - During the first Upshur County Commission meeting of 2023, Kristie Tenney was appointed as Commission President for a third term.

Upon being sworn in, Commission took up agendaed logistical items for the new year, such as rules for meetings, courthouse hours, holiday schedule and board appointments.
