This rare photo from 1910 shows a southeastern view of Meade Street across from the Lightburn Street intersection. The houses seen on the left are still there today.

This rare postcard view depicts The Spring House which was located on the campus of West Virginia Wesleyan College, c. 1928. Several familiar structures are visible in the background.
