BUCKHANNON - During the October 18th City Council of Buckhannon meeting, council unanimously approved Ordinance 461 on first reading.

Ordinance 461 reduces the Stockert Youth & Community Center's board of directors membership down to nine individuals (from eleven), and changes the monthly meeting requirement to quarterly meetings; although board members may hold additional meetings outside of the required schedule.
