CHARLESTON, WV (WVSP) - This week, the West Virginia State Police welcomed 63 Cadets into the 71st Cadet Class. This was the largest cadet class for the WVSP in 30 years. The 71st Cadet Class is the first hybrid class consisting of both certified officers and traditional students.
