The Upshur County Public Library’s 'Children's Corner' Provides FREE Online Resources for Parents

TENNERTON, WV - Hey, teachers, homeschoolers and parents!

If you didn't already know, the Upshur County Public Library has invaluable online resources for you and your school-aged children to help with homework via their online Children's Corner.

In addition to homework resources, you'll find links for the very best children’s books (picked by a team of teachers and sorted by age and topic), access to a compilation of exemplary websites (geared to children from birth to age 14), and a streaming video program featuring famous people reading aloud children’s books. There's also a fun section containing educational games for children up to age 12.

Join Pre-School Story with Mrs. Bobbi Thursday's from 10:30am - 11:00am at the library. It's always a fun and educational experience for the small ones, including a story to read and a craft to do. It's also a great place for parents to meet other parents within the community.
