BUCKHANNON - During the most recent Upshur County Commission meeting on September 22, 2022, it was voted unanimously that Trick-or-Treat for Upshur County will be the same as the City of Buckhannon:

MONDAY, OCTOBER 31ST

FROM 6:00PM to 7:30PM

The City of Buckhannon will also be having a Trunk-or-Treat event at the Buckhannon Safety Complex located at 22 S. Florida Street:

FROM 6:30PM - 8:30PM
