Commissioner Samuel R. Nolte, President Kristie G. Tenney and newly appointed Commissioner Douglas K. Bush at the September 22, 2022 Regular Meeting
BUCKHANNON - It was the first official Upshur County Commission meeting for newly appointed Commissioner Douglas K. Bush, who filled the vacancy left by the unexpected passing of Commissioner Terry Cutright on September 1st.

- At 9:30am, an executive session ensued (per WV Code § 6-9A-4), and the Commissioner's left chambers to discuss a potential property acquisition; No decisions were rendered at that time.
