BUCKHANNON - During their most recent meeting on September 29th, the Upshur County Commission proclaimed the month of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Providing the Presentation of Proclamation declaring October 2022 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month was WVU Extension Service Agent Craig Presar, on behalf of the Community Educational Outreach Services (CEOS).
