BUCKHANNON, WV - Upshur County children eighteen years of age and younger are eligible to receive 5-day food boxes throughout the summer.

The food boxes are shelf-stable and will be prepared and shipped to the child's home via FedEx.

If your child wishes to receive a food box, please complete the form using the link provided below. A form must be completed for each child in the home who wishes to receive a food box.
