BUCKHANNON - Upshur County Schools wishes to congratulate and welcome Kelly Houghton to Washington District Elementary School!

"Hello! My name is Kelly Houghton. I am from Sutton, WV. I am a senior at West Virginia Wesleyan College and will be graduating in December.

I am excited to be teaching 5th grade at Washington District Elementary School. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling. I am so excited for my first year teaching and can’t wait to meet my students!"
