BUCKHANNON, WV - Mountaineer News is excited to launch a new section of our website dedicated solely to 'Wedding and Engagement Announcements', which is premiering next Sunday, June 5th.

This new area of our site will provide newly engaged couples an opportunity to share their exciting news with our community.

The service is being provided at no cost to all residents of Upshur County. Although the site will not premier until June 5th, the online form for announcement and photo submissions is already live and accepting entries. CLICK HERE to access the form.

Please note: You must have a Gmail account to submit your announcement. If you don't have an account, it's free to create one HERE.

We will feature new announcements every Sunday morning; all entries for the week must be received by noon on Saturday for inclusion in that week's publication. Otherwise, your announcement will be posted the following Sunday.

We know how expensive engagement rings and wedding events can be, so we feel it's important to cut costs wherever you can, and that includes newspaper fees for posting your important announcements.
